Partnership works for Syracuse Schools Project Omega QSE, Inc. and the Gilbane Company have partnered to become the successful team selected to offer Program and Construction Management services for the Syracuse City School Renovation Project. The Omega and Gilbane team will now commence negotiations on the project with the City of Syracuse and the Syracuse School District.
