BOA General Construction Project

Omega QSE, Inc. was selected to participate in this pilot program of the Engineering Field Activity, Northeast's 8(a) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Under the terms of the Agreement, Omega is involved in general construction efforts at various U.S. Government locations across a four-state area (Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania). The project continues to date, as we work under the direction of the Engineering Field Activity, Northeast – part of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, located in Lester, PA.
