Omega QSE, Inc. was selected as the Prime Contractor for site development and construction of this project. The Corps of Engineers (NY District) designed this new Training Command Complex to be constructed at the U.S. Army’s Fort Drum base near Watertown, NY. Omega was charged with carrying out a diverse list of duties, including excavation, HVAC work, masonry, electrical work, concrete placement, carpentry, roofing and painting.
