James W. Jordan, President

James W. Jordan founded Omega Enterprise in 1991, incorporating it as Omega QSE, Inc. shortly thereafter. Before launching this highly successful enterprise, Mr. Jordan earned Business and Finance degrees from Lincoln University and Syracuse University.

Today, Mr. Jordan is very actively involved in the development of business relationships with various agencies, institutions and private corporations to enhance the growth of the company. While overseeing this multi-million dollar corporation, Mr. Jordan shares the vision and mission of the company with service-level executives to resonate throughout the entire organization.

Mr. Jordan has been directly responsible for the company’s ability to double its annual sales volume seven (7) times.

Terry J. Woodfork, Executive Vice President

Terry Woodfork brings a wealth of experience to the Omega QSE team, having served in key positions at a number of institutional and defense contracting firms.

Prior to joining Omega, Terry was Materials Management Director for SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He was also with Seneca Data Inc., Royal Philips Electronics of the Netherlands, GE Aerospace, GE Nuclear Products and GE Appliance Motors.

In addition to his BS in Industrial Technology and Management from Middle Tennessee State University, Terry also holds certification under ISO9001:2000, is a NAPM Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager and Accredited Purchasing Practitioner, and has completed extensive training in other areas of procurement, cost analysis and management.

Bayo Olayisade, V. P. of Construction Operations

Bayo Olayisade is a career construction professional with 24 years of construction experience. Bayo will provide leadership and direction for all aspects of estimating, purchasing and project management for the Omega Construction Division. Bayo has an extensive and diverse background in all phases of building construction and renovation. He brings a wealth of knowledge to owners, design firms and the entire project team.

Prior to joining Omega, Bayo was the Director of Purchasing for Structure Tone, Inc., President/Owner of his own contracting company and also performed project management services for Fischbach & Moore.

Bayo has valuable experience gained on diverse new construction and renovation projects in construction trade estimating, cost analysis, project management and cost accounting. Bayo's experience covers nearly every building type - over 2 million square feet of office building construction - plus hotel complexes, major corporate structures and institutional facilities.

Bayo has the "hands-on" proven and demonstrated ability to achieve the delivery of project facilities of the highest quality, within budget and on schedule.

Bayo holds a BS degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Moe Scoggins, Director of Quality, Safety & CS

Moses Scoggins manages all the day-to-day operations of Omega QSE, including handling all contracts, quality control, safety, budgets, materials, projects, construction services and more.

A long-time member of the Omega team, Moses started out with CNY Enterprises, then served as an administrator for The Do Crew, a residential construction company.

He holds a Business Management degree from SUNY Onondaga and completed Construction Quality Management training through the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Marion Jordan, Director of Human Resources

Marion acquired her AS degree from Prince George’s Community College in Maryland. She has attended numerous training programs to further her knowledge on the legalities of employee relations, personnel policy and benefits administration. Her 24 years as a Human Resource leader, has allowed the company to recruit employees whose skills are of the quality that is conducive to the needs of the corporation.

Kevin Hughes, Director of Housing Maintenance

Kevin Hughes manages all phases of Omega QSE’s housing maintenance operations, overseeing quality control, safety, inventory tracking and coordination of work schedules.

He has been a member of the team since 2001, and has held supervisory positions in construction and facilities management fields for over 25 years.

Kevin holds several certifications for Lead Abatement, OSHA Training, Carpentry, Masonry and more.

Terry Flournory, Senior Estimator

Terry Flournory is the Senior Estimator in Omega's Construction Division. Terry has a broad and varied background in the construction industry. Terry has over 14 years of construction coordination, project management, project accounting, general accounting, contract compliance and marketing for new business opportunities. Terry's responsibilities include reviewing drawings, performing take-offs, developing construction estimates and preparing bid proposals. Terry is skilled in identifying experienced and capable subcontractors, negotiating pricing and creating win-win partnerships to satisfy customer requirements and expectations. Terry has a BS in Architectural Engineering.
